Getting help
How to report someone, and what happens next.
Nothing is too small to reportSomeone bothering you, or something broken. Either counts. Reports go to staff only, and the person you report never sees it.
In game: /report
/report (also /helpme) opens a menu with three routes:
| Ping online staff | An immediate alert to every staff member who is online right now. |
| Open a Discord ticket | A private conversation with staff, for anything that needs more than a minute. |
| How to block someone | The quickest way to stop seeing them, while staff look into it. |
For a quick question rather than a problem, start a chat message with ? and staff will see it.
Blocking someone yourself
/ignore <name> hides everything they say from you, including private messages. They are not told. /unignore <name> undoes it. Ignoring someone is not rude, and you never have to explain it.
You can also refuse any /tpa request, turn PvP off with /pvp, and untrust anyone from your land.
What happens after you report
- Staff take it seriously firstYou won’t be asked to prove it before anyone listens, and you won’t be told to “just block them”.
- People are separatedIf needed, the other person may be muted or moved while staff look into it. That isn’t a punishment yet; it gives everyone room.
- Staff check the logsChat, messages and block changes are logged, so staff can see what happened.
- Action, and a follow-upStaff act on what they find. Staff never handle a report involving their own friends.
